Is that everything that it shows?

3 times in 4 years probably isn't worth bothering with.

RIGHT-click on My Computer, select Manage, go to Event Viewer, go to
Computer Management, System Tools, Event Viewer, System (it may be one
of the others, though). Find an Error event (marked with a red X) in
the proper time frame and double-click on it. If the one that you look
at doesn't seem to be the right one, you'll see two buttons showing an
up arrow and a down arrow; you can use those to move forward and
backwards through the log.
