The manual for your wireless router should have instructions on how to
lock down the security. They are all different, so can't easily give
directions that apply to all. However, you basically want to select a
protocol (preferably WPA2) that is supported by all devices that you
want to use.

The instructions for setting up the router almost certainly said this
in nice big letters...
