Hi pccowboy,

You   should   get   NO  errors.   For  that many errors, and repeated
failures,  you  might  consider  whether  there  is a problem with the
system itself, not just the drive.  You might also include a note with
RMA  request  and  with  package  commenting  on how many times you've
shipped  back  already;  maybe  they'll  get  a  hint  and  send you a
different model.

You  should  need Spinrite only for drives that are out of warranty or
for data recovery.
