I agree, it is bad malware. That malware may also have planted code that 
runs under windows to prevent removal. Your best bet to clean it may be 
passive scanning (using another computer with antivirus to scan your 
drive). It may also be necessary to turn off a read only setting on one 
or more files/folders to delete the nasty once it is located.
