Hiya Re-Na

I think it would be a good idea to use the rewriteable
CDs, since you would want to update your backups
regularly. Back up your data files, everything except
your applications/programs which take up lots of disk
space and which you can reinstall anyway.

You may like to back up your registry too. Just go to
registry editor and do an export.
