[pchelpers] ascii characters

Would somebody on the list please tell me where I can find a 
list of characters that can be created by using alt + (number)
combination. 

In particular, I need to print a document that has the zero with a
slash through the middle. In watchmaking lingo, it's called
"zero-match".
