There's quite a bit of information on that page. If by chance you take 
out too many files, just put in your XP CD and perform a repair install. 
That should ensure the right ones are present when required. One of the 
best antispyware protection systems is Spywareblaster (the one that 
turns off known spyware entries in windows registry).
