Just as a 'Warning'; We have come across several '98 machines that started
that and the only recourse was to wipe windows.  The problem wasn't memory,
Windows just used that explanation to tell us that something was wrong and
it couldn't work right.  Make sure all your data is backed up.  Then try all
the memory 'fix's and maybe they will work but don't be surprised if they
don't.
