[pchelpers] Re: annoying!

I know it's annoying. The condition may not clear until you shut down 
completely and restart as I suggested. Once you are finished doing any 
necessary file maintenance in safe mode (scandisk, defrag etc), restart 
to normal windows and run system file checker (SFC). After that, you 
could look in the control panel under the System icon. Click the 
Performance tab, then the virtual memory button. Select "Let me specify 
my own virtual memory settings" and set maximum and minimum to the same 
value (mine is set at 100). OK that and restart normally. Then let's see 
what it is like.
