Is there a way to make a document file to list the lines in alphabetical
order.
Let me explain:
My wife sends out a lot of talks on cd.
She makes a txt file titled with the person name. And in the file she
lists which talks she has sent them.
Sometime she has to go back to a file to check to see if this person
already received a certain talk.
The problem is that it may be a long list and she has to wade through
them line by line to check.
It would help if whenever she adds a talk to the list that it would
automatically sort them in alphabetical order.
Is there a way to make MS word 2007 do this, or some other program that
has this function?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
