[pchelpers] address book

I was able to import and export my address book for email from the old pc to 
the new one.
Now I am laughing.  All the addresses in there must be from some OLD address 
book because there are names in there of people I don't even know anymore and 
of course all the addresses aren't going to be updated either.  Strange!
