In addition to what Jackie said, if you have XP SP2, then there's a
checkbox at the top that you can mark to hide them all.


Jackie, my understanding is that the $hf_mig$ folder (which I
mentioned to George yesterday, but didn't say why it was special),
contains the files used to ensure that an uninstall of an older patch
does not result in newer patches being disturbed (for example, if two
patches update a file, and you uninstall the older patch, Windows will
reapply the newer patch so that the correct newer file is still there.
So, that SHOULD prevent instability from that source. It's new with
SP2, as I recall.
