[pchelpers] add-on won't install in Firefox

I'm trying to install Movie Media Player add-on in Firefox.
It says it will install when I reboot Firefox.  I click to reboot 
firefox.  It does not install, sends me to the same loop.

So... I logged out and went in as administrator, and I was able to 
install the add-on. 

When I log off as administrator and go back in as Re-Na....
it still shows that I have to reboot firefox to get it to install.  And 
when I do, it does not install.

Mind you, this use to work.  I'm not sure why I had to get the add-on again.

By the way, I use this to watch 'full episodes' of shows on abc.com.

I don't want to have to log out and come back in  as an administrator 
account every time I want to watch a show. 
What can I do to get out of this endless loop telling me to reboot 
Firefox to install.

Btw, I installed the latest Firefox. 
And I have even rebooted the computer several times too, not just 
Firefox.  Have tried it both ways.
