[pchelpers] Re: ZoneAlarm

    With Zone Alarm I had the same experience.  Apparently, if it is
installed it restricts everything and only passes what you allow when it is
running.
    I blew it away but it still prevented things form running.
        It was necessary to reinstall it and then use its own UNINSTALL to
clean things up so I could get a clean bill on things I wanted to run..
