I have run both of the libraries on NTFS on XP.  No problem.  I didn't hear
which version of wtlib you are using.  Have you tried putting in your cd and
runing the wtlib.exe from the cd?  You don't have to install the 99 version,
it will run right from the cd.  That will at least tell you if you have an
install problem or not.
