[pchelpers] Re: Wtlib and W2k


The file system is NTFS. This is the spanish version though.(not that is 
should make a diference).  I can Install everything fine (CD is readable). 
When i attempt to execute wtlib.exe it get an error that a CD-ROM is needed 
for application to run.

What file checks for a CD-ROM on the system?
