I wonder if the problem is that it is looking for the cd at a certain
drive letter, and your cd-drive don't have that letter.

I have NTFS on my Windows 2000 and XP PCs. The CD installs fine. It just
when I execute WTLIB.EXE. It gets the error a CD-ROM Drive is needed for
application to run.
