I am not to sure what happens to "older documents." I would do nothing for
the moment and yes it is good that you left your address for letters and the
like.

Question, now that I put (blank) there, what about past Word documents I
have on my
pc.  If I sent those out will they now say blank instead of a name?

It also had in that same box a spot to put my initials and address, I left
that in
because I figured the address was needed for when I do envelopes using the
mail merge
feature.  If you think I should delete EVERYTHING in user info, just holler
back at
me and I will.

Re-Na,

You can go while in Word click on "Tools" and then Options. You will see a
screen with many tabs click on the tab "User Information" and delete it
there. I hope this helps.

When I right click to get properties, it only gives me a 'general' tab, and
nothing
like that is there.
