Re-Na,

You can go while in Word click on "Tools" and then Options. You will see a
screen with many tabs click on the tab "User Information" and delete it
there. I hope this helps.

I don't know how to stop it getting written in the first place, but if you
check the file properties in windows explorer, click the summary tab, you
can delete it there.
