[pchelpers] Re: Wireless Optical Mouse Problem

I have done all of the suggestions listed below. They were clear and easy to 
follow.
In addition I used microsoft links for updating all software short of going 
to explorer 7.

Following your instructions led to many other options for checking things 
out. Problem
is still there in that the two mouses double checked and switched about in 
testing with
the two receivers, all the things you suggested and more, I'm still unable 
to move the
pointer with either of the optical mice, mouses, whatever.
