Install bit defender 10 in place of AVG and Mcafee. It's better than 
both of them.
Note: I have used spywareblaster for years. It is completely passive 
protection. Update it when needed and forget it. Each time you do it 
turns off registry keys relating to spyware infections. After that they 
won't operate on your system even if you install them.
