No, this is for Microsoft's version of Java, which is pretty much
obsolete. I saw that update just yesterday and was puzzled about it,
since the date given was 3 years old.
What you can do to block it is to go to update.microsoft.com, select
Custom, and see if it appears there, and if so, check the box to block
it.
