[pchelpers] Windows 7

Hi, all!

I finally got the Windows 7 beta installed (you can see when I
reinstalled email!), and I agree with the comments that I've seen
about it online: It's like Vista but better, and it's what Vista
should have been in the first place.

Many of the changes are fairly obvious (at least in hindsight). It
feels faster, but of course that could be because it's a fresh
install.

I got errors and bluescreens while installing updates, but I finally
got them installed. I was unable to install the corporate version of
Symantec Endpoint Protection, but along the way, I saw the new
compatibility wizard running.

If you're a tinkerer, and thought Vista was crappy, and you downloaded
the Windows 7 beta, give it a try.

If you have Vista but would like to change the UAC system, try Norton
UAC; you can tell it to remember your responses:

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
