Did you install all the components of the program? I would uninstall it, re-install, and than reboot. If that does not fix it I would think you may have a virus on your computer. I am also using a program called "Ultimate Startup". Here is the link to download it - its free. U can use it to turn it of. Also, I am wondering if you have registered it yet.
