[pchelpers] Website temporarily unavailable

My apologies for anyone currently trying to access modecideas.com
After talking to the tech boffins about it, they say it's a static IP 
problem either too advanced for their current staff or the smart guys 
are on holiday.

List mail should remain unaffected while they sort this thing out. I'll 
try to keep you up to date with it.
