[pchelpers] Website down time

I have a Telstra technician re-connecting fibre optic cable to the house 
right now. It was hoped that the existing service could be left on until 
the IP changeover went through, but it looks like there may be some down 
time on the web site.

My apologies in advance for any loss of service. (This is a last minute 
warning).
