[pchelpers] Web Cam

I bought a Web Cam and thought it would be nice to communicate with the 
family using the WEB and Video Cam.  I would appreciate any suggestions 
you might have to set it up. What kind of service? I looked at some of 
the Messaging systems such as ICQ and AIM however I do not have any 
recent experience with them.  Also I assume there may be VOIP such as 
Skype etc. but I need some suggestions or direction from anyone who has 
gone through this already.
