OH yes yes, you always install an OS with just Video, Keyboard, Mouse. 
It is best to remove all else. I would say that that is the issue.
While at Dell I went over that but sometimes in my haste forgot to ask 
the customer if all devices were removed. Many times C became like T or 
F or Z because they would have upteen hundred USB devices connected and 
I would have to start over.
YA remove everything save the three.
