[pchelpers] Re: WTLib installation instructions

I did exactly as our WTLib installation instructions suggested (after learning 
how to) and have no problems. 
I definitely would not exit my AVs for any other source!!

The first thing it says on the WTLib holder is. 
1. Close down all other programs, including antivirus programs.

They apparently feel this is the wise thing to do.
