[pchelpers] Re: WTLib installation instructions

nearly all programs tell you to close all other programs. Antivirus programs 
sometimes cause problems for the installation process and problems can 
occur.
The thing to do is, run a selective antivirus scan on the program disc, if 
it's ok and nothing is found, unplug your modem/LAN cable close antivirus 
and then install if you are worried.
