[pchelpers] Re: WTLib installation instructions

Scott, if I were downloading my software from the web I most definitely would
question the necessity to temporarily disable all my antivirus programs.
However, this CD is from a most reliable and trusted source. My problem was
knowing how to temporarily exit my AVs.

I have since learned how and have successfully downloaded my program.

I do value your cautious advice and thank you for your reply.

My opinion is that instructions to disable antivirus software are
suspicious. I would disable the antivirus only if the software did
not install correctly with it enabled, and also only if I trusted the
vendor (and the site that I got the software from, if different).

I'm sure they had that instruction due to people getting interference
from their AV, but I think it's poor practice to request it right off
the bat.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
