[pchelpers] WTLib installation instructions

Per WTLibrary 2007 instructions I must close all programs running in the 
background esp. antivirus. I tried to right click on Avira in my task bar and 
it didn't close; so I gave up.? What will happen if I try to run the 2007 after 
deleting 2006 but w/o closing the running programs ?-- more problems? I'm using 
XP.
HELP PLEASE - I have AVG, BitDefender, Secunia PSI and Spybot S&D also.
