[pchelpers] Re: WTLib CD installation problem

OK will call her and try to get back to you today if possible. She is very 
frustrated trying to use the Library CD and meeting is Tuesday 7pm. 
We will try both of your suggestions.

lick on My Comuter and tell me if the CD/DVD drive shows up in the list?
f it does then put the CD into the drive and let it set up, then click 
n that drive and tell me if the contents of the file display?

 The error message is confusing because it sounds like the drive is not 
 ecognizing the CD in the CDROM Drive.
