[pchelpers] Re: WTLib CD installation problem

Dru,

It does sound like you may have some temporary files on your system that 
may be corrupted.
Do you have a cleanup program such as CCLEANER that you could use to 
clean up the drive.
If you have a Watchtower folder out on your hard drive that did not 
uninstall completely it may have to be removed manually
