[pchelpers] Re: WTLib CD installation problem

My daughter followed the installation instructions (to type it) as written 
on the CD sleeve if it did not install automatically. 
I agree the drive is not recognizing the CD in the CDROM Drive but we are both 
amateurs and completely confused.

She tried another disc which also was not recognized so we suspect the drive is 
at fault. 

I typed the error messages exactly as she read them to me then read them back 
to her for accuracy.

hen you say you tried to install manually can we assume that you used 
xplore to find the install file on your DVD drive and attempt to 
nstall it that way?
The error message is confusing because it sounds like the drive is not 
ecognizing the CD in the CDROM Drive.
Could you give a few more specifics?
