[pchelpers] Re: WTLib CD installation problem

Dru,
When you say you tried to install manually can we assume that you used 
Explore to find the install file on your DVD drive and attempt to 
install it that way?

The error message is confusing because it sounds like the drive is not 
recognizing the CD in the CDROM Drive.

Could you give a few more specifics?
