I tested all versions of Vista -- I am operating Vista Ultimate and Vista
Business Edition-- Vista is up to date you can learn from the help files
with each new feature in Vista and check out the Welcome Center you can
learn a lot from there I find Vista extremely stable very soon they will be
releasing SP1 from WU and once you update you will find it more enhancing
that's all I can say about that for now. . Another thing if your
hardware(printer or others) will not work with Vista you can download
virtual pc 2007 free from Microsoft site and install XP on the same
partition -- you can use your peripherals to your heart's content I like the
Vista format...network is great, better security its appearance is
different When things are subject to change some persons don't like change
they find it very difficult - but on the other hand life is all about change
isn't it. Computers change as time goes on so do Operating Systems and
hardware oftentimes you can go to the hardware or program websites and
update for Vista-- I have a HP photo smart 1000 wont work with Vista I wrote
to HP -- they answered that my printer was way too old its about 12 yrs old
hehehe!!! its still running great with XP I have an HP Office inkjet Combo
its fine with Vista I can Ethernet, and network and WI-FIBluetooth it . For
me I have multiple OS's I run them all with no difficulty. Old dogs can
learn and apply in fact many of them try very hard <G> Personally I like
change - and challenges there is an old saying where there is a will there
is always a way -- On this list there is lots of help all you have to do is
ask also too all you have to do is Google Vista help and you will get an
immense of information the best place is Microsoft's sites or their techy
sites. Os's are stepping stones-- My favorite Os was Windows 2000Pro --
Have a great day Jackie

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
