Well. Scott,
There are just so darned many things I used on a regular basis in XP 
that are tucked away in obscure spots in the OS, either that or they 
have been changed altogether. I am slowly learning my way around in 
Vista, but I wish it was a lot more like XP so I didn't have to start 
from scratch learning a new OS. I no longer hate it, but I'm also a long 
way from liking it. I can't shake the nagging idea that I should just 
format and install XP. At this point I would not recommend Vista to any 
XP user because XP is so much easier to use for those familiar with it. 
It's just that Vista came with the new PC that a friend bought me and I 
want to give it a fair trial before reverting back to XP.
