You may be thinking of the hoopla where the retail version had a
restricted number of reinstalls.  They've since changed the terms of
the Vista license to be more lenient.  My understanding is that you
can now install it as many times as you want, as long as it's only on
one computer at a time.

I doubt that it matters whether it's business or not.

Site licenses have their own rules.

The OEM version (which comes with a name-brand computer) probably can
be installed as many times as you want, but is probably locked to that
motherboard, so it can't be used on another computer.
