RIGHT-click on Computer (used to be My Computer), select Properties.
It'll say there if you have a 64-bit version.
If you don't know, then you can assume that it's 32-bit. I suspect
that 64-bit will be the standard for the next version of Windows.
The CPU itself is almost certainly a 64 bit CPU.
