[pchelpers] Virus with an .Htm extension?

I got a couple of emails today with attachments that have an .htm extension.
Can a file with an .htm extension have a virus in it? If it is possible, is
it likely?
I don't have a virus software subscription at home right now so I can't
easily check it...
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
