[pchelpers] Virus Problem

I am getting hit with a virus and it is from this address: Pedrocaban.
Following is the message I get:

by corrupting your files.

AV software can't detect or clean it.
We developed this free immunity tool to defeat the malicious virus.

NOTE: Because this tool acts as a fake Klez to fool the real worm,some AV
monitor maybe cry when you run it.
If so,Ignore the warning,and select 'continue'.

The "mail to me" is blue and underlined as if it were an Email address.

This has had my PC tied up all day and every time it hits, it multiplies
the messages that I have on my PC for today.

I have been on hold with my Server for over an hour to see about this and
getting nowhere. Just wondered if any of you have had any experience like
this. I keep deleting; and deleting my Delete files. What more can I do?
