Hello everyone! I was just reading an article about the many different computer viruses that there are and how we can avoid them and stop the spreading of them. If you all remember we can take a step of getting a virus on our system by NOT opening up an email from an unknown source. This was always and still is a good method of preventing a virus attack on our machine. As the article made mention, that was true in 1999, but not so true today. Why you may ask? Since the invention of the WORM we call all receive a virus from our very best friend as the WORM propagate themselves by capturing all of the email addresses we have in our address book and sending a copy of itself to everyone we have ever sent an email to. The only reliable method today to stop a virus is to have a good anti-virus program that is always running and up to date. I thought that I would pass this bit of information on as a healthy reminder. I hope this note finds all in good health. John F --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
