Look for "Spyware Protector" in the registry, find out what the name
of the executable is, and then delete it in safe mode, and remove all
references to it in the registry.
It'll probably have an innocuous hiding in the background that can put
it back in, but at least that's a start.
"Spyware Protector" is from AOL. If you don't have AOL, then maybe
it's something else masquerading.
