[pchelpers] Uninstalling IE 8

Hi All,
I am sorry that I did not listen to the group and went ahead and installed IE
8. My organization is getting rid of IE 6 and going to IE 7. I used to have
IE 6 which came with my PC. Is there an uninstall procedure for IE 8? Where
can I find IE 7?
