I have never heard of an ISP stopping list messages (would be illegal)
or deleting them with a junk filter (highly unlikely any junk filter
could be that bad), and if Dallas had set up a filter for the express
purpose of deleting his own messages that he gets back from the list,
he'd definitely remember he'd done that.
I can't think of other possible explanations besides those i mentioned.
