Do you use ICQ? It appears that the user that you described in your email is
attempting to send or place something on your computer using ICQ. By your
description of their address, their address originates form the country of
Germany (.de). I would ignore this and NOT allow this user to place anything
on your machine. It also appears that your firewall is working as designed,
to protect your machine from outside intrusion. I wish I knew more about
ICQ. What I do know is that I will not use ICQ. This is my choice only. Have
a nice evening.
