HI: I would like to know who these people are-- this is what my firewall comes 
up with Someone from Donald,ukbf.fu-berlin.de [160.45.172.171],port 4665.UDP 
want to drop a UDP datagram to port 1289 owned by ICQ application on your 
computer, can you decipher this for me and what is a UDP datagram? Thank you--
