There are 2 links here labelled " Damage Cleanup Engine / Template 
<http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/tsc.zip>" and " Sysclean 
Package <http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/sysclean.com>", one 
of which will provide a cleanup program for you to download. It did the 
trick for me.
