If you use Thunderbird mail you can highlight the message, then go to 
View, Message Source. By doing that I got this from your message:
Received: from turing.freelists.org ([206.53.239.180])
In turn you could identify the source IP. Note:If it is from a bot net, 
there may be many different IP numbers involved.
